Description:
A course that will focus on the study and creation of various forms of non-fiction including memoirs, personal essays, and opinion pieces. Students will examine several authors’ writing styles and will be encouraged to develop their own. Writing workshops will be conducted throughout the semester where students will receive professor comments and/or student feedback in the form of peer review. A final portfolio will be due at the end of the semester.
