Description:
A learning experience for those who want the opportunity to write about themselves. Emphasis on both "creative" and "non-fiction". You will be writing a character sketch, place description, memoir, personal experience essay, and perhaps an opinion paper.
Four or five 4-page papers and one longer final piece. Class relies much on peer-review and extensive revision, as well as discussion and analysis of essays in our anthology.
