Description:
The purpose of technical writing is to help people do things with technology. Good technical communicators help people work with tools and make decisions about technological issues. In this course, students will learn how to create artifacts that support decision-making and action. Students will learn how to come up with strategies for addressing various writing needs that are common in the workplace. No prior technological expertise necessary.
